JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Has hands on experience min 1 year working on Cisco Gateways, CVP Servers, UCCE (ICM, IPCC, Router, Logger), troubleshooting.
2. Possess strong troubleshooting skills & implement fixes / workarounds to restore operations with a high TAT
3. Working with Cisco TAC & Cisco L3 towards problem escalation / resolution or deploying changes
4. Strong knowledge & understanding of Networking for a Cisco deployment
5. Implementing changes in a Cisco environment.
6. Flexibility to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
7. CCNA certification will have an added advantage
