Position: Infrastructure Sr Developer
Work location: Onsite Singapore (Polaris- citigroup)
Experience: 5- 8 years
Imp Note : Willing to onsite before 12 Nov 2010
Key Responsibilities:
EOL Software migration:
- Migration of Weblogic and JDK application components onto the latest version of the software.
- Migration from one file transfer protocol to another
- Maintenance of functional ID compliance
- Coordination with all component owners for testing and rollout.
- Coordinate with system administrators and DBA teams
- Coordination with compliance teams to understand compliance requirements
- Self train on business knowledge pertaining to options.
- Translate technology compliance issues into technology requirements
Issue management:
- Ensure all compliance and EOL requirements are well managed and the management team kept up to date.
- Escalate unresolved issues to management.
Primary Skills:
• UNIX Shell Scripting
• Proficient in Java, C C++
• Infrastructure support
• All round PC skills
• Database and SQL
• Excellent verbal and written communication
Desirable:
• FX/FX Options knowledge
Qualifications:
A good academic background, with at least a graduate degree, preferably in a Technical subject
