1. Directory and Messaging environment administration (AD / Exchange 2003/07/10 / OCS /Blackberry /Enterprise Vault)
2. Handling escalated end user issues (Outlook issues, Mail issues to non-windows mail clients etc)
3. Automation and Reporting using Scripting (VBscript, PowerShell)
4. Projects in Messaging (Upgrades/Migration in AD /Exchange environment)
6. Technical Documentation / Knowledge base Creation
7. Handling knowledge sharing sessions
