Key Accountabilities/ Job Description

Must Have skills:

1) Experience on Tandberg VC back-end and front-end products.
2) Experience in deployment of Cisco telepresence.
3) Unified Communication on Google, Microsoft and/or Cisco products/platforms.
4) experience in mobile technologies for data, voice and video.
5) experience in handling operations of above in large organization spread across multiple geography.
Detailed JD:

Manager/Sr. Manager - Key member of IT Team and would play an important role in ensuring smooth delivery and compliance of all Multi-media Conferencing Services - Video Conferencing, Board room Audio/Video facilities, Audio Conferencing, Web Conferencing, Unified Communication, various collaboration tools and Mobile applications.

General requirements:

Excellent Communication Skills.
Conflict Resolution capability.
Pleasing Personality with an Open Mind.
Forthcoming and be able to able to take on ownership to deliver.
Comfortable in interacting with senior management and discussing critical issues.


Technical Requirements:

1. Operational experience with H323/SIP based Polycom and Cisco / Tandberg video conference endpoints, Multipoint Control Units, IP- ISDN Gateways, Gatekeepers, Recording Servers, Firewall Traversals.
2. Operational experience with Cisco Telepresence products/services.
3. Understanding and Operational experience in deployment/Evaluation of unified communication tools from Microsoft / Avaya/ Cisco / Google.
4. Experience and understanding on Cloud based and On-Premises Unified Communication deployment within the given boundaries of Regulatory / Compliance applicable in India.
5. Operational Experience with Audio conferencing systems - Spectel / Avaya Meeting Exchange
6. Operational Experience with web conferencing tools like WebEx, Google Apps/Talk, Microsoft Live Meeting, etc.
7. Understanding / Experience with streaming / webcast tools / services - In-house / Cloud based.
8. Experience with event planning and execution, such as Townhalls, Round Table conference etc.
9. Desired to have experience with Crestron control system experience operation and programming.
10. Good understanding of signal flow and interaction between Audio/Video components/tools.
11. Knowledge on EPABX and LAN/WAN technologies


The responsibilities included (but not limited to the below) would be:

1. Complete responsibility of Conferencing services - Audio / Video / Web across Genpact, globally.
2. Managing the Inventory of AV Equipments, keeping track of Warranty / AMC
3. Ensuring smoothØ functioning of Conferences , Town Halls, Earning calls and other high impact events
4. Compliance to technical/Genpact standards for all conferencing equipments and ITIL practices for service delivery
5. Would have to work with various teams / Processes for their conferencing needs.
6. Coordination with respective IT leaders for global deployment of conferencing solutions.
7. Close coordination with outsourced vendor supporting conferencing services.
8. Vendor / OEM coordination for solution design/ deployment.
9. Service Improvement - Identify areas of improvement and come up with plan for execution.
10. Daily/Weekly review of dashboard along with vendor"s Operational teams
11. Ensuring all sites are made available with relevant SOP"s to use board room AV facilities
12. Ensuring all Incidents are properly recorded and attended within the SLA agreed.
13. Identifying repetitive Incidents & tracking them to the Root Cause. Publishing of RCA (Root Cause Analysis) Reports on Problems.
14. Ensure strict Adherence to the Change Management Process in place within CMDB for all AV related equipment.
15. Understanding new technologies in the market and deployment of applicable technologies
16. Managing budgets
