The Position: Network Infrastructure Trainer 

 

·         Will be responsible to deliver Training on International Certifications in Network Infrastructure (like CCNA, CCNP, Hyper V, APP V, VMWARE etc. (You will be Trained for about 3 months by us on various platforms at our cost)

 

Eligibility Criteria

 

•          IT, CSE, EEE, ECE branch students are eligible with min. 70% marks throughout (2012 pass outs only)

•          Good Communication, aptitude, attitude and interpersonal skills.

•          Preference given for CCNA / MCSE / MCITP certified students

·         Only male candidates are eligible

Faculty Trainee	3months	Will learn min. 2 L1 programs (e.g., CCNA / MCITP / RHCE)	Only fixed stipend (Rs. 6000 per month)
Jr. Trainer (Confirmed)	1st year	Will deliver all of the above + upgrade to L2 program e.g., CCNP / Microsoft Specialization Programs / Virtualization )	Rs. 10000 pm CTC (includes PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) + Performance based Incentives
Trainer	2nd year	Will deliver all of the above + begin upgrade to L3 program (e.g., CCIE) / diversify into more L2 Verticals	between Rs. 15000 - Rs. 18000 pm CTC  (includes PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) + Performance based Incentives
Sr Trainer	3rd year	Will deliver all of the above & completeL3 program / Higher specializations	between Rs. 18000 pm - Rs. 22000 pm CTC (includes PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) + Performance based Incentives
Team Leader	3rd year end	Will deliver all of the above	between Rs. 22000 pm - Rs. 25000 pm CTC (includes PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) + Performance based Incentives
