(NYSE: TCL) For more information, please log on to:www.tatacommunications.com Position:Manager - Security Engineering Position Summary Key Objective / Purpose of Job: As part of corporate security engineering function, as a senior security analyst he/she has to contribute expertise for corporate security solutions and design for ISP environment. Major Activities: ·Provide security solutions and consulting for corporate Infrastructure projects. ·Design/build Assessments for complex security projects. ·Work with Security standards followed in organizations. ·Network Security Implementation and management. ·Sound knowledge in networking Concepts - TCP/IP, Routing, Switching and MPLS Technologies. ·Sound knowledge of IDPS,FW and intrusion analysis Handle advance intrusion and develop strategy to mitigate and derive preventive measure to combat the vulnerabilities Analyzing the new vulnerabilities pertaining to the core network in ISP environment. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science / IT or related field Requisite Skills: Technical security solution architect and network security VA / PT Certifications:CEH, GIAC, CCNP and MPLS certification preferred. Functional Strong knowledge and experience in security solution architect and network security.Good knowledge of Information security products, technologies, tools and standards Behavioural Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Highly self-motivated and directed, requiring minimal supervision. Displays security consciousness in all activities. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willing to travel within the region, as required. Create and maintain process and system documentation. Work Experience Total of at least 5-8 years experience in Information Technology of which at least 3 years experience in Information Security Strong knowledge and experience in security solution architect and network security.Good knowledge of Information security products, technologies, tools and standards.
