Dear Saminath, We are a leading consulting firm having urgent requirements with our client Accenture. 7+ years of experience with 3-5 Yrs relevant experience in a similar capacity with a large organization, The Incident mgmt lead is responsible for tracking and managing all incidents within the environment to ensure technology services are delivered and meet customer business needs/ expectations, Log all incoming work, and record sufficient information to facilitate effective incident, problem, or request processing, Identify the impact, urgency, and priority of incidents, problems, and requests, Escalate incidents, problems, and requests that cannot be resolved by the service desk to the appropriate Service Delivery team, and monitor progress, Obtain user feedback, and close incidents, problems, and requests, Communicate the status of all open incidents, problems, and requests, Serve as the first point of contact for all incidents, problems, and requests, Investigate and diagnose the incidents and problems according to their effects, and identify the resolution or error, Raise Requests for Change (RFCs) to resolve errors and prevent the recurrence of problems., Monitor the progress on the resolution of errors, Assist the Incident Management team in handling major incidents, and identify the root causes, Identify trends and potential problem source, Good understanding of industry standards like ITIL V3, ISO 20000, PMP, Six Sigma, etc with a focus on Incident Management and Problem Management will be preferred, Technical Networking Knowledge on LAN / WAN/ MAN, Knowledge of routers, switches and firewall is an advantage, Ability to organize, delegate, and leverage resources to accomplish objectives, Supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organization, Strong oral and written communication skills, Organizational and time management skills Exp: 5-8yrs Joining Location: Bangalore Interested candidates may please forward your updated resume along with the following information .
