Experience required for the Job: 8 - 15 years Annual Salary of the Job: 10.0 - 25.0 Lacs - Best in the Industry Job Location: Delhi/NCR Dear Candidate, We have an urgent opening for one of the leading Mobile VAS Company Position : Program Manager - Consolidation and Transformation GNOC No. Of Position 2 Location : Gurgaon, Haryana Job Description * Accountable for all technical delivery issues relating to 24x7 operations * Manage the operational delivery of service to the assigned statement of work * Review customer feedback with team * Develop and implement plans to improve Total Customer Experience * Attend customer meetings as required i.e. CAB, operational review meetings * Accountable for the resolution of operational problems and issues that impact service delivery in all service deliverables * Ensure new services are successfully integrated into 'steady state' with minimal impact to existing customer service levels * Maintain integrity, security & confidentiality of all sensitive information and the physical security of the delivery network & infrastructure * Manage vendors * Will need to travel within India and African region Skills Required * Knowledge of ITIL Framework and PMP * Knowledge of overall Telecom/GSM Domain * Knowledge of Operating System - Linux/Unix, Windows * Prior experience in Telecom Managed Service, NOC environment * Knowledge of lasts Project Management Tools * Outsourcing and Custom Services knowledge * Industry and competition knowledge * Good Written and Spoken Communication and Presentation skills * Customer Service Skills * Business Awareness and Quick Decision making ability * General VAS environment knowledge * Ability to adhere to Policy and Procedures * Good Analytical Skills * Judgment and Decision Making * Tactical Orientation Desired Work Experience 8 years to 15 years of relevant working experience Educational Qualification BE / MCA (Regular) If interested, pls forward your updated CV Regards Sakshi
