PROFILE:
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Formal IT qualification (MCP, MCSE)
Minimum of 3+ years experience within IT Operations, infrastructure services support (Systems management), operations, monitoring and end user support.
Minimum of 3 years technical knowledge of the applicable platform that you will be responsible for: Windoenws & Citrix.
Must be able to demonstrate troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Excellent understanding of ITSM\ITIL processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Technical Support Incident Management Services provided remotely.
Build strong working relationship with Technical Supervisor, Customer Service Agent and tower support and technology teams.
Multi-disciplinary process quality definition \ improvement.
Case Management: Ensure all cases are acted upon conscientiously and in the framework expected according to the SLA.
CORE COMPETENCY:
Must be a Service and Customer oriented team player. Flexible, self motivated with the ability to work under pressure in an International and culturally diverse organization.
Good motivational skills plus verbal and written communication skills, strong command of English Language.
Good working knowledge in Windows platforms and Basics in networking.
Experience in operating Windows platform environments, including MS Clustering, NLB, backup operations, Middleware applications (Terminal Services, Citrix)
Knowledge of Microsoft Core components is mandatory. (DNS, DHCP, WINS)
Knowledge of Enterprise class x86 servers (HP, IBM & DELL) is mandatory.
Knowledge of Remote Admin Tool is mandatory.
Basic understanding of Storage concepts.
Willingness to develop strong competencies in Windows platform support
Knowledge of HP ITO and HP Open view monitoring will be a plus
Experience Criteria: 5+Yrs
Rel Exp: 3+Yrs
Should have be willing to work in 24/7 rotating shifts.
Qualification-12+Diploma/BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ M.Sc/ MCA/ MBA/ M.Tech
