Position: RBAC Analyst
Duration: 12 Months [extendable]
Budget: S$11,000


Purpose of the Role: Why does this job/ role exist, what value does it add?
• Participate in GBM Role Based Access Control Integration Project (Phase 3) to implement RBAC framework for selected APAC applications
• Ensure user application access process is requested, controlled and review in accordance to GBM Access Control Framework.

Activities: What does the jobholder have to do?
• Collaborate with application technology owners to analyse application permission architecture, request procedure and user administration process.
• Engage application business owners to define roles relating to tasks and functions applicable to the access required.
• On-board applications into GBM Access Control Framework, including upload of permission structure and clean up of accesses
• Document relevant information and perform knowledge transfer to Control Monitoring BAU group
• Ensure timely communication to Project Manager for any risks and issues indentified.
• Ad-hoc activities will require the candidate to manage their own time, track their progress and be the single point of contact for any given task. Regular communications to a number of parties to track and monitor key status with the ability to report progress will be required

Business Knowledge
• Investment banking experience - useful
• General appreciation of the global organisation is desirable

Professional Skills
• Experience of implementing RBAC or logical access controls on applications experience is ideal
• IT Security, Risk or Audit background is ideal
• Knowledge of different access control models used to permission applications is desirable
• Attention to detail and previous experience in dealing with IT Support and business personnel is essential.
• A minimum of one years experience within an IT administration function, or access control management area.
• Previous experience in control awareness and adherence within a banking environment.
• Attention to detail and previous experience in dealing with business personnel is essential.
