1. Network Management Systems like Ericsson OSS, HPOV, managed objects, TeMIP, Netcool, Mycom, Metrica, Corba, PM & FM tools of NMS/EMS.
2. Knowledge on IP technology
3. Knowledge on Database like Sybase or Oracle.
4. Hands on knowledge on Sun Solaris or HP UX, Linux
5. Shell Scripting knowledge preferable
6. Team leading skills
7. Project Delivery experience
