Job Designation: Deputy Quality Manager/ Manager
Exp: 5 to 8yrs
Job Location: Chennai
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
Single point of contact for Quality Support of Client Account (s).
Ensuring Implementation of Quality Standards in the account
Aligning Processes with Customer Feedback
Facilitation of Metrics Management
Ensuring High levels of Six sigma Effectiveness and Engagement (SEE)
Providing High Quality Business analytics support to Management team
Identifying improvement opportunities along with the respective SDLs and process Head and facilitating launch of projects around those
Leading high impact 6 sigma and Lean projects
Mentoring GBs and FBBs.
Review and Ensuring rigor in all 6 sigma & Lean projects
CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
GB/BB trained and tested
Lean trained & tested
Knowledge of ISO / COPC / eSCM
Minitab, Excel, MS access
MS Office
Excellent Team management and leadership skills
Change management skills & Facilitation Skills
Problem Solving tools / analytical skills
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills
High Energy Level, Confident and Assertive
