Infrastructure Requirement Details:--
Role offered : IT Infrastructure Lead
Experience : 6 to 8 yrs
Work Location : Pune
Qualification : Graduation (Regular)

Skills:
• Candidate should have the ability to troubleshoot and quickly differentiate an “end user” issue from a “system wide” or “network wide” related issue
• Candidate should have the understanding of the basics of networking, WAN technologies including Internet routing, TCP/IP , MPLS and Voice Service e.g VOIP / IP Telephony etc.
• Candidate should have the understanding of Active Directory, LDAP, and secure LDAP (LDAPS) and administration & Inter-operability in heterogeneous computing environments (WIN / UNIX / Linux /Macs)
• Candidate should have a strong technical background and the ability to be hands on solving a variety of infrastructure issues.
• Candidate should have a passion for innovation, continuous improvement and the business alignment of infrastructure operations.
• Candidate should have good listening and responding skills
• Candidate should have good communication & customer centric/focused skills. Should have independently handled communication with users, in a similar role.
