Excellent Opportunity with-Network Security Operations Management-TL/AM-Pune-in CMM 5 Level Company Mode of Interview: Telephonic & Immediate Offer (Interested candidates can apply) Capability Tag: DCT - Network Security Operations Management-TL/AM-Pune-in CMM 5 Level Company Joining Location: Pune Job Description Title: Security SME Key Responsibilities: *Serve as a deep skilled tech resource within the security Support Org tech areas *Respond to and Mobilise the Security Ops to deal with Security Related Inc as they arise *Design and Doc Support Processes suitable to maintain agreed OLA and SLAs *Serve as a POC all Security ops questions from other internal teams *Deal with NW security probs *Act as internal escalation source in case team members need assistance. *Fulfils an operational support role in a multi-shift 7 x 24 x 365 control center *Ensuring that new products and services are supported by the GNOC and that newly defined processes and procedures are understood by the team. *Handling and Escalating highly impacting operational issues to upper Management and/or 3rd party vendor escalation *Provide perf feedback to team verbally and written annually *Perform vendor interaction with internal and external support organizations *Provide team leadership Knowledge & Skill Requirements: *7-10 years experience in a large scale network environment, Checkpoint firewall certifications preferable *Firewall systems (CheckPoint, Cisco, NetScreen), VPN Technologies (IPsec, SSL, Nortel, Cisco) Tipping point *TCP/IP networking *Authentication, authorization, encryption mechanisms (LDAP, RADIUS, TACACS+, PKI, SSL, SSH) *Intrusion detection systems (network based, host based, signature, heuristic) *High aptitude and ability to quickly learn new technologies *Knowledge of general networking technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN, DNS/DHCP, Proxy) *Experience with Cisco router and switch infrastructures *Working knowledge with Encryption Technologies/Virtual Private Networks *In-depth knowledge of network technologies utilized within an Internet/Intranet environment. *Strong knowledge of Firewall Concepts - balance of strong sys admin versus security perspectives *Substantial knowledge of data security concepts *Knowledgeable of TCP\IP *Strong Knowledge of Intrusion techniques & detection, Routing fundamentals, DNS, NFS / NIS *Previous experience or aptitude to be successful in an Administration and Operations capacity. *Problem-solving and analytical skills. *Excellent interpersonal skills. *People leadership, management, and coaching skills Desirable: *Knowledge of DMVPN and GETVPN technologies *Working knowledge or proficiency in scripting languages (Perl, Shell, Awk) Qualification: *Industry certifications (CISSP, CCSE, CCSA, JNCIA, JNCIE, CCIE(Security)) *Checkpoint firewall certification *ITIL Fundamentals Education: *A minimum of Bachelor's Degree or higher although relevant experience will be taken into consideration.
