I got your reference from Naukri.com Kindly let me know your interest with Product based company Hyderabad JOB Description: The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications/expertise: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering in EE or CS with 8+ years (6+ incase of Masters Degree) - Good understanding of architecture of Ethernet switching software, preferably Broadcom - Should have worked in development/maintenance of ethernet/IP based network protocols - Good domain knowledge in L2 and L3 Ethernet switching and routing protocols & applications covering 802.1Q VLANs, 802.1s MSTP, 802.3ad standards - Good working knowledge of basic security applications like 802.1x, RADIUS, TACACS, SSH/SSL, etc. - Should have worked in a multi-threaded environment and be comfortable using debuggers in real time environment - Solid experience in low level programming using C in Linux embedded platforms - Good software engineering and programming skills - Comfortable working with large software code base and source control systems - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams Nice to have: - Exposure to unicast and multicast routing protocols - Familiarity with Data Center applications & protocols - Experience in VxWorks operating system - Experience with managing customer requirements and interface Responsibilities include: - Design & development of Network applications & protocols - Complete ownership of network software modules; including solution finalizations, reviews, testing & support - Debugging live issues in the field in modules owned - Enhancing field serviceability of the existing software modulesJob Requirements- Min.
