Dear Saminath, Juniper Firewall and network specialist located in Bangalore, India Job Description: This position will share responsibility for managing AT&T Customer's firewalls in the Asia/Pacific and European/African timezones. This candidate will coordinate with the US based firewall SME, who will cover the Americas with some overlap of the Pacific and European timezones. This position will require working with AT&T's network operations staff as well as AT&T Customer's's global IT staff to resolve data network outages in a timely fashion. The candidate will also work with local site contacts to configure and install new firewalls. Additionally, the prospective candidate will ensure that the problem and change management process and procedures are adhered to.
