Closing Date: 12th August 2012- Implement IT projects (include the acquisition, management, and use of information technology (IT) resources), the IT operating plan, as well as IT acquisition strategy and performance measures
- Resolve project issues with vendors and key stakeholders and ensure the smooth implementation
- Ensure optimum resource allocation and utilization for the conduct of the IT activities
- Oversee the planning, directing, supervising and coordinating of department operations which include the provision of appropriate supporting infrastructure for running the operational systems and in the dissemination of information; assign work activities, projects and programs; monitor work flow; review and evaluate
- Oversee the preparation and monitoring of IT capital project budgets
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
- Associate PMP (Project Management Professional) or CITPM (Certified IT Project Management) preferred
- Healthcare experience is a must
- At least 4 - 6 of relevant working experience
- Possess understanding of healthcare interface standards such as HL7, Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE), DICOM, etc
- Experience with SAP and Non-SAP applications. Familiar with Broker server, Integration server, JDBC, JMS, Custom Adapter, BAM, BPM, Trading networks, Adapters and web services
- Possess understanding of reliability, availability, security, performance, compatibility, networking, and hardware and software management concepts
- Knowledge of common integration approaches and trends such as SOA, ESB, Web 2.0, federation, etc
- Assist in developing system plans, road maps and strategies for integrating applications.
