Manager, Network & Systems Support

 

Responsibilities:

·         Responsible for the administration and maintenance of computer systems and network (LAN & WAN) in Singapore.

·         Lead troubleshooting events for computer systems and the network.

·         Roll out of new computer systems; handle network planning and documentation & End-user support.

·         Conduct feasibility studies on information systems projects.

·         Ensure that standards are adhered to.

·         Key contact for AP IT infrastructure advise; Coordinate the addition & replacement of new IT hardware.

·         Work with team to provide interesting work and growth opportunities.

·         Implement and maintain the new IP telephony system.

·         Responsible for information security of all computer systems and the network; handle Disaster Recovery Planning and testing.

·         Plan & manage the IT infrastructure budget; lead & coordinate major IT projects for Asia Pacific.

  

 

Requirements:

 

·         Degree in Information Technology or related discipline with minimum 6 to 8 years experience in a support environment.

·         Basic networking knowledge (Cisco); knowledge in Windows Server, SQL Server, Exchange Server and SharePoint.

·         People management & presentation skills are essential to work with the user community; good interpersonal & communication skills.

·         Must be a team player, with initiative, creative and resourceful; able to think "out of the box".

·         Microsoft Certification is an advantage.
