·   Copy of all relieving & service certificates of the previous employer

·   Photocopy of passport or any Govt ID proof with photograph

·   6 passport size photographs – taken recently

·   Copy of all certificates and consolidated mark sheets – 10th /12th/Diploma/UG/PG
