ICT SERVICE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for providing high quality of customer service to our top and strategic customers that subscribed to our suit of services under corporate Data, Mobile and Expan products.
· Provide next level of support to the Service Managers in regards to post sales maintenance support for our corporate Data products.
· Appointed as Service Manager to manage Platinum class of support for our top and strategic customers.
· Ensure all Service Managers to attend monthly performance meeting with customers and to track all commitments to customers are to be delivered accordingly to the committed timeline.
· Develop, implement and document procedures and processes in order to ensure that Service Managers are conducted in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
· Manage resources in manpower, capital and operating expenses within each individual team. Ensure resources are used at the most optimum, efficient and cost effective manner.
· Continuously looking for new ways to improve the technical and customer relationship grade of services for our top and strategic customers and hence improving customer satisfaction.
· Establish training programme for Service Managers so that Service Managers are competent on existing services as well as new services.
· Manage change management requested by customer, ie, to oversee single or two circuits provisioning.

Job Requirements
· The incumbent should possess an Electronics Engineering/Telecommunication Degree preferably majoring in communications with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
· Possess IP skill set and other WAN skill set (e.g.: ATM, FR, ILC, etc)
· Experience in managing a group of Project Engineers. Leadership quality is therefore an essence.
· He should have a passion for customer service and possess excellent customer handling skills.

PROJECT MANAGER (3pax)

Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate, develop, implement and achieve project plan
· Establish the project team and ensure all team members understand and accept their responsibilities
· Allocate and expend project resources according to the approved project plan
· Control and manage change to ensure timely adaptive action is taken Lead and motivate the project team

ENGINEER (IPTV Planning)

Responsibilities:
· Support Product unit in the expansion of IPTV infrastructure to meet BAU growth
· Support Product unit in roll out of new IPTV VASes
· Sourcing and procurement of effective systems from the world market
· Manage the financial health of department (includes Capex and Opex)
· Planning and engineering / design of IPTV Headend, middleware and VAS systems
· Implementation and rollout of the systems
· Manage technology roadmap for the IPTV infrastructure
· Provide engineering support during the lifespan of the systems e.g. feature upgrade, replacement etc.
· Provide mentorship and look after development of staff

Requirements:
· Degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Communications)
· Project Management Proficiency (PMP)
· Min 3 years or more in a telecommunications engineering (project implementation or operations)
· Good knowledge of IPTV technology and architecture with Microsoft Mediaroom IPTV system preferred.
· Good understanding Broadcasting technology

· Preferably with Cisco certification such as CCNA, CCDA is a plus

Responsibilities:
· To enhance Customer Experience services through the development and commercialization of home solutions and applications
· To engage customers and solution for home networking
· To perform network diagnostic and troubleshooting for Internet, VoIP and IPTV
· To track and analyze field performance service quality
· To perform field installation and maintenance audits
· To develop and improve field installation and restoration tools and procedures.

Requirements:
· Degree in Engineering majoring in Communications, Computer Networking, or equivalent
· Strong IP Networking knowledge.
· Preferably Certified IP Networking Professional (e.g. CCNP, CCDP)
· Good in-depth knowledge of Computer Networking, Communications, Radio & Wireless technologies including DSL, FTTH, IPTV, 802.11, mobile, etc

ENGINEER (LAN/ WAN/ CPE)


Responsibilities:
· Apply subject matter knowledge and is accountable for the CPE routers and switches
· Selection and recommendations of CPE routers and switches. Recommendations shall include, but not be limited to, Make and Model, hardware and software configurations
· Testing of CPE routers and switches to ensure the quality of recommendations. Testing shall include, but not be limited to, stability of the software, interoperability with client's network and managed services
· Standard configuration templates for CPE routers and switches to ensure consistency in the service quality that customers experience
· Responsible for the provision of the Technical Service Description documentation for CPE routers and switches
· To provide consultancy on CPE routers and switches to Solution Managers in responding to customer RFQ’s
· To provide level 4 supports to Operation Teams in resolving incidents and problems related to CPE routers and switches
· To support the CPE Product Manager in ensuring efficient customer fulfillment processes
· Establish in conjunction with operations to provide a process to ensure continuous service availability and management
· Support customer-facing and operational units on pre-sales and post-sales issues
· Work closely with OSS/BSS team to monitor the performance for the deployed equipment

Requirements:
· Preferably a degree in Telecommunications/ Electrical/ Electronics or equivalent qualifications with at least 3 years of working experience in an Operational environment
· To have good working knowledge of networking technologies, in particular IP and MPLS.
· Must have knowledge base must include IP routing, MPLS related technologies; and other layer 1 and 2 networking technologies like TDM and Ethernet
· Professional certification (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, etc.) will be an advantage
· In-depth knowledge of CPE routers like Cisco, Juniper and 3Com

SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Responsibilities:
· Manage the day-to-day charging operations of the systems which are responsible for charging the usage of mobile services
· Responsible for charging accuracy and integrity of the mobile services
· Supervise and perform charging call detailed record verification for the systems during switch/system upgrade or patch modification
· Verify and monitor day-to-day health checks on the charging processes and ensure optimal operational performance
· Verify and resolve billing rejects and customer complaints related to charging
· Coordinate with core and VAS planners, Product/Marketing and IS users on test record verification
· Understand the various charging methods adopted for the various mobile services
· Coordinate and perform quick recovery action and restoration of the system in the event of failure
· Assist the Supervisor in the other projects and/or duties that may be assigned from time to time
· To coordinate the project activities such as implementation, charging verification and testing, among the charging operations team and other departments for each project
· To assist in the writing of Tender Specifications
· To prepare and perform charging test cases for system patch and/or new features
· To conduct billing integrity audit of the various charging systems and other related systems
· Any other duties as required by the Supervisor

Requirements:
· Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or relevant work experience of not less than 3 years
· Good knowledge of computer or mobile communication technology and have working experience in UNIX and shell script writing

Job Description
· Provide timely day-to-day and bid pricing to Sales
· To conduct pricing initiatives such as promotion, to enhance sales win rate
· To conduct joint customer visits with Account Managers
· To work closely with partners to achieve a better cost structure
· To work closely with in-country Access Manager to derive competitive end to end pricing
· To provide pricing trend and develop empowerment framework and pricing benchmarks
· To work with regulatory on IDA filing and to comply with all regulatory framework

Job Description
· To lead and manage the bidding process and be the overall in charge of RFP document development and preparation.
· To ensure that high quality proposals are submitted on time.
· To perform effective engagement with bid stakeholders, customers, overseas offices and partners to gather information to prepare for bid submission.
· Formulate and advise on bid strategies and value proposition for proposals
· Manage and negotiate with partners and vendors’ on commitments and commercial terms

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (Mobile Apps/Solutions)

Responsibilities:
· Carry out Business Development activities to develop enterprise mobility applications and solutions for corporate customers. This includes customers’ needs profiling/analysis, business development engagements, creating solution-based value proposition, developing new business models and generating awareness and communication to customers.
· To liaise with internal and external parties like customers, vendors (i.e. system integrators, application service providers, equipment providers, etc), partners and channels/resellers to develop/market/sell mobility applications/solutions.
· To develop thought leadership by working with partners/consultants/industry groups to produce white papers/collaterals and participate/speak in conferences and round tables.
· Drive adoption for mobility applications/solutions that cut across horizontal business segments.

Requirements:
· A good Engineering degree from a recognized university (preferably Engineering degree)
· Min. 5 years in business or product development exposure and experience in developing / marketing mobile applications and solutions.
· Good analytical skill, capable of doing in-depth analysis, providing in-sight to customer trends, market needs and possible solutions to address identified gaps
· Experience in enterprise mobile domain knowledge.



PRODUCT MANAGER (SaaS)

Objectives:
· To introduce and manage a suite of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product offerings, towards contributing to the success of SaaS as a strategic growth area for the customer
· To deliver excellent customer experience through ensuring a high level of relevance and right product construct of SaaS offerings to meet the needs of customers business.
· To catalyse and maintain a high level of engagement with client’s SaaS ISVs and partners, founded on a “partnership for success” formula

Responsibilities:
· Establish the product strategy and roadmap of each assigned SaaS genre, covering competitive analysis, market requirements gathering and resulting product specifications
· Evaluate the strategic, product and operational fit of available SaaS ISVs and partners
· Negotiate and conclude the partnership agreement for selected ISV and partner
· Define the product construct and scheme of service
· Project-manage the introduction of each new SaaS product by closely coordinating across the various functional teams and with the ISV and partner concerned
· Establish the product pricing & costing, and perform the product-related financial forecast
· Set up the processes for service provisioning, sales, billing, post-sales customer care and financial settlement with ISVs and partners
· Establish detail testing requirements for each product, for execution by the SaaS Product Delivery team prior to launch

Requirements:
· A recognized University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
· Minimum 5 years of relevant track record in a business application environment within the ICT industry
· Experience in the cloud computing/ SaaS space in a similar role will be a definite advantage

PRODUCT SPECIALIST (Machine2Machine)

Key Responsibilities:
· To uncover and engage potential M2M customers, mainly solution providers and device manufacturers, to build a healthy sales funnel to meet M2M revenue target.
· To conduct discussions with customers to identify their requirements and design solutions that best meets their needs in Machine-to-Machine solutions (M2M).
· To perform technical presentations of proposed M2M solutions, highlighting the technical and operational benefits to customers.
· To design solutions and prepare responses to Tenders / RFPs / Proposals and provide effective responses to technical clarifications.
· To co-ordinate with implementation / operations teams on solutions design and its ability to be effectively supported.
· To support seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations.
· To organize quarterly knowledge briefing sessions for new Account Manager
· To collate customers’ feedback / requirements for the product management team to improve the services offered.
· To work with the Account Management teams and participate in the sales cycle on M2M opportunities
· To facilitate and bring together all the various resources whether internal or external to work with the Corporate Account team to bring each corporate customer’s project to a successful closure.
· To work with Solutions & partners to generate more customers’ referrals / sales to client.
· To own and continuously improve the M2M sales kit (e.g. sales presentation slides, FAQ, pre-sales processes, etc)

Qualifications:
· Must have possess a recognized Degree in Information Technology/ Telecommunications/ Electronics Engineering/ Computer Science.
· Atleast 3 year’s relevant experience.
· Strong mobile knowledge would be advantageous.
· Affable personality with natural ability to work well in both an independent capacity; as well as being team-oriented with colleagues in a multi-cultural environment
· Professional and confident in interacting with both internal and external customers, and demonstrating a positive and outgoing personality
