Must have Graduation /post graduation in telecommunications or Electronics & Communication

Required Qualification:
- Minimum 5 years prior Telecommunication and protocol analysis experience required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations.
- Solid understanding of business practices.
- Requires excellent computer skills.

Job Description:

- Analyze and troubleshoot the following telecom protocols: SS7 ISUP, SS7 SCCP, SS7 TCAP, SS7 TUP, ISUP, ISUP ANSI, SCCP, TCAP, SCTP, IP, RTP, H248/MeGaCo, SIP-T, SIP-I, SIP, Diameter.
- Manage Internal SA platform and support the customer on the analysis and troubleshooting of telecom protocols.
- Collect, organize and filter customer requests for support, improvement, customization and optimization of the Internal SA platform.
- Work closely with the customer in order to give him first level support on telecom protocols topics.
- Interact with external client and internal clients.
- Understand client's operations and internal SA platform integration with customer internal procedures.
- Translate client requirements into technical descriptions.
Collect and report customer "nice to have" functions that can be added to the Internal SA platform.
- Determine potential solutions and test them for both technical and business compatibility.
- Develop customer requests feasibility reports.
Collaborate with external client.
- Work with the software developers and other end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
- Implementation, support and inventory control of the internal SA platform.
Supervise customer satisfaction with internal SA platform.
- Keep up-dated with technical sector developments in the industry.
