Job Responsibilities (Functional):-
Manage the helpdesk
Open and close tickets
Provide regular update to users
Coordinate with other divisions to resolve open tickets
Maintain all the data received by help desk
Provide reports and MIS to Helpdesk Manager
Position 2:
Position: Manager - Help Desk Services
Job Location: Chennai
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: Depends upon the Current CTC
Job Responsibilities (Functional):-
Responsible for Helpdesk Operations
Ensure that tickets are opened and closed properly
Analysis of the open tickets, generation of age analysis, MIS etc.
Follow up with other divisions to resolve the tickets
Maintaining the SLAs with other divisions
Manage and monitor the Helpdesk team
Implement & manage Helpdesk related processes & policies
