Work in night shift and holidays
Perform network monitoring and optimization and resolves problems using various tools.
Perform complex configurations to allow for secure remote access, network segregation and maximize network performance and resource availability.
Assist the department manager in the planning, design and analysis of network upgrades and expansion projects.
Assist the department manager in coordinating new system integrations with vendors and suppliers.
Keep up-to-date with the latest in network convergence and security.
Adhere to and maintains network standards and procedures.
Compile with industry best practices for quality assurance
Maintain technical documentation on all aspects of the network infrastructure.
Maintain a log of all network upgrades, management and maintenance.
Additional Experience:
Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering / Science, MIS or equivalent.
Cisco certifications in enterprise networking technologies
Juniper and cisco certification
Aruba certification
Additional Qualifications:
At least 5 years experience in the field of enterprise networking.
Practical know-how of routing, switching and network security.
Demonstrated high work ethics
