Job Description:
Strong knowledge and working experience in Solaris 8/9/10
Server support experience in SAP environment
Container and Global Zone experience.
Experience in Server Build.
Have good experience in virtualization like zones/VMs
Troubleshooting and Performance monitoring of Sparc and X86 Servers
Familiar with SVM/VxVM
Extensive experience in VxVM and VCS cluster
Working knowledge of SAN and how it relates to or is managed by VxVM
Should have worked in a Remote Support Environment
Have excellent communication skills
Incident/Change/Problem Management knowledge
Preferably have worked in Level 3 & above.
Have experience in working on Production environment
Ability to clearly articulate situations / issues to cross-functional teams and clients
