Job Description: Position: Data Center Senior / System Engineer 1.RESPONSIBILITES • Installation and configuration of IT infrastructure (server, switch, load balancer, disk array, backup/restore), in a cluster environment • Analyze, build and describe the solution including company offers and third party software • Contribute to define solution architecture in the pre-sales phase • Install, Integrate, deploy and support development and validation platform • Contribute to the global solution test strategy and test the global solution (end to end) • Write the customer acceptance test plan • Execute the acceptance test plan; Support and assist the customer after the installation • Contribute on the development of IT tools to facilitate the integration, maintenance and customization of the company's solutions • As backup to operate on a daily basis the services provided to the customer • Support in case of critical issues on 24*7 on-duty basis, ensure SLAs are reached as per agreements • Provide Technical Support.
