right now we have opening with MNC @ Chennai location for the perminent Position.
We require the profiles like
• Perform typical systems administration tasks of all corporate-wide Linux and Solaris servers. This includes deploying, installing, configuring, maintaining, administering, and troubleshooting hardware and operating systems.
• Respond swiftly to production issues and customer requests.
• Perform proactive evaluation of existing system configurations to ensure efficient and efficacious use of resources to meet the functional objective of the system. E
• Evaluate customer requested hardware requirements for compliance, conformity, applicability, performance, and cost effectiveness.
• Work in the planning and design of systems and infrastructure.
• Perform leadership role with project-oriented tasks; provide direction, guidance and technical assistance to project team members.
• Work to document procedures and processes.
• Work closely with peer Teams and Customers.
• Ensure Team, Department and Company procedures and policies are followed and adhered to.
• Provide 24/7 support of production servers.
• Provides direction and guidance of Level I and Level II System Administrators in a mentoring role.
Background:
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence vertically and horizontally and lead change and achieve results in a changing environment
• Proven ability to change organizational norms and accepted thinking to improve performance
Exp:5- 7yrs
