Dear Saminath, Hi, We are looking to hire for our company a network analyst. Please note we need someone with a driving license and fine working on SOA 24/7 This is a perm role with our company. Here is the J.D: Provide daily support for Network and Voice IT Infrastructure for operated sites in Singapore. Responsible for the daily operational support of Corporate Network, Voice services and Retail network support. Candidate must work closely with other IT regional or global support groups and vendors to ensure high availability, stability and quality of supported systems at all times. A. Qualification & Educational Requirements · Educational : Diploma holder · Experience : at least 1 year networking work experiences · Experience with various Cisco equipment, including routers, switches and firewalls · Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license · Office location : Pioneer Road · Required Local travel to between sites in Singapore B. Job Functions/Responsibilities · Perform fixes at the system level including installing and upgrading software, installing hardware, and configuring systems and applications. · Attend to problem and change tickets and respond according to SLA · Manage post mortem of system related incidents and resolution steps · Develops, implements and maintains relevant operational controls to ensure a secure and reliable environment for supported systems · Participate in SAO 7X24 on-call support and perform off-hours scheduled change duties during weekend and weekdays · Work with regional and global support teams to execute disaster recovery tests and/or real emergency situation recovery for supported systems · Ensure all in-line and up-line controls for supported systems are implemented on a timely manner to meet S&C and audit requirements · Work closely with Project teams to rollout IT projects in Singapore. This includes the purchase of HW and SW, coordination with vendors and installation and setup of systems C.
