Description of Responsibilities:
Create change management requests and share with onsite team with updated
logs.Provide assistance in change management requests where physical presence is
not required. Review / revise configuration management standards. Proactively
manage the network and its environment as well as provide leadership to the rest of
the Network Tower.
Skill Set:
1. Experience in process driven environment
2. Has worked with Netcool
3. Experience with MRTG
4. has worked with Cisco TAC
5. Experience troubleshooting MPLS/BGP
6. Experience configuring and troubleshooting QOS to support voice and video traffic
7. Experience working with a team, and managing complex network environments
8. CCIE certified or equivalant working experience, 4 years minimum experience
9. Experience working with and configuring Cisco Firewalls, Juniper SSL gateways, and VPN concentrators
10.Experience with Packateer and Juniper Peribit
11.Advanced WAN/LAN Troubleshooting
