The Service Area is the interface (administration & infrastructure) for our worldwide external customer.
Goal: Network implementation of the customer connection to the Service Area with Technical support for the customer.
Support of Service and contract knowledge of the order and implementation process of the Service Area
Responsible for the technical implementation of the customer connection including approval
Responsible for the process implementation of the customer services
Analysis and assessment of customer infrastructure
Maintenance of agreed OLAs/SLAs including costs
Documentation of all the customer related information.
