Should have windows 7 admin experience
At least 5 year’s IT experience, with extensive exposure to branch banking systems, Telecomm, SNA, OS/2 and Win2k client/server systems in LAN/WAN environments, Internet technology and computer security.
Experienced in IT project management and production support.
Extensive exposure in Consumer Banking services and the IT environments
In depth understanding of the end-to-end IT infrastructure that supports the branch banking services, including the mainframe, mid-ranges, networking, telecommunications, etc.
Expert knowledge of technologies and industry trends in relation to business requirements, and the direction of the Group.
Clear understanding of IT security policies
Job Description:
To ensure technical support arrangements, either in-house or outsourced, are in place for all branch banking IT infrastructures, LAN/WAN, BPO, Call Centre technologies, and desktops.
To own the problems, moves and changes, daily operations and disaster recovery process, and provide second level escalation point which entails being on call 24 hours
To work with TSS Infrastructure areas to resolve complex branch banking IT problems
To review and respond to business requirements with proposed solutions, estimated cost and lead-time
To assist in managing branch banking project roll-outs
To provide costing on infrastructure and platform to business and IS for PAR approval.
To provide consultancy to business and IS on technical architecture, connectivity and security which are consistent with the Bank’s standards and policies.
To evaluate the technology solution proposed by business and IS, to ensure it meets group standards and provides the required technology solution.
To review business and IS projects in order to identify the Operational Acceptance Test (OAT) needs and carry out OAT’s.
To create and maintain detailed project plans, test plans and test reports, and ensure they are well communicated among business and IS.
To establish cooperative relationships with business and IS to deliver technical support and solutions. Co-ordinate with other TSS areas in other countries to ensure efficient implementation of regional and global projects.
To maintain a high availability of the IT infrastructure to support the related business, with focus on efficient problem resolution, operational routines, and change execution
