The job description is given below, LOCATION : Hyderbad POSITION : Network Administrator EXPERIENCE : 5-7 years Position: Network Administrator Job Description: 1. 5 to 7 years’ experience in the support of CISCO networks and network-connected devices. 2. Will be responsible for monitoring & supporting Client's IT Network infrastructure of NY office & 3. Prior experience of MPLS network, data center operations and hosted application environment is preferred. 4. Must be able to function as an extended member of a US IT team based out of Hyderabad office 5. Understanding of 24x7 Operations and supporting remote users with demanding requirements. Willing to work in night shift overlapping with US business hours for first few months. 6. Should have knowledge and experience in setting up Cisco network components, specifically Cisco firewall, switches and access routers. 7. Knowledge of network data and voice communications and computer system diagnostic aids and tools and the ability to isolate and resolve hardware and software problems. 8. Knowledge of IP Telephony 9. Knowledge of network security management, access and authentication, data integrity, business recovery, operation environment requirements and physical security. 10. Ability to express oneself clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. Experience with documentation of operational procedures and system implementation guidelines, is required. 11. Ability to effectively and efficiently manage complex projects that may involve client's various groups, Vendor/Partner organizations. 12. Effectively communicate and report on technical status of systems; current and in process. 13. Work effectively with non-technical personnel to integrate technology with strategic business goals and requirements. 14. Should be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels management within organization. 15. Other responsibilities and key result areas will be assigned as required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree Certifications: Cisco CCNP certifications in Routing & Switching or Storage Networking or Network Security is a plus.
