2.      Cisco Customer Voice Portal – CVP - Support

3.      Cisco Unified Intelligence Center – CUIC – Support

4.      Vxml Gateways

·         Video

1.      Cisco Video Communication Server – VCS  - Implementation or Support

2.      Tandberg Endpoints  - Implementation or support
Telepresence Management Suite – TMS  - Implementation or Support

3.      Certification: Cisco Certification's Must
