	Responsibilities: Operate Windows/UNIX-based servers and BSC/RNC/NSS/LTE Nodes in order to implement, test and roll out new mobile-related products and services Provide 24/7 3rd tier technical support to 24-hour network operations center and Customer Care for system-related, service-related faults and customer complaints Troubleshoot and perform root cause failure analysis for software and hardware faults related to system and service Perform verification, testing and applications of software upgrades and updates for BSC/RNC/NSS/LTE nodes together with its associated UNIX/Windows servers Liaise and coordinate with the network vendor for regular system upgrades, installation and implementation Ensure that service quality & performance of Voice/SMS/VideoTelephony and other circuit switched and packet switched related services are maintained at high quality, with minimum service outages Perform disaster recovery in times of service disruptions so as to minimize service downtime and revenue loss Requirements: A good engineering or computer diploma preferably in the area of wireless communications and computer network, preferably with at least 2 years working experience in the mobile environment Must be a team player coupled with strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently Good analytical troubleshooting skills in the area of technical fault isolation and rectification Familiar with Mobile technology such as GSM, UMTS and SS7 signaling Familiar with Internet Technology such as TCP/IP, switch and router technology. Able to work during non-office hours on an occasional basis and be on 24 x 7 hours standby alert for ad-hoc faults or service degradation Experience with UNIX shell and/or IP networking, skills will be an advantage Working experience in mobile switching equipment and knowledge of major mobile switches such as Ericsson will be an added advantage
