Responsibilities:
  • Handle escalated calls, complaints and queries
  • Responsible for day-to-day functional supervision including staffing, recruitment and selection
  • Communicate specific and constructive feedback to staff towards performance improvement
  • Ensure team planning, workflow planning, process improvements and management of initiatives to meet the needs of the team and department
  • Lead, motivate and coach a team of Customer Care Officers in improving performance and meeting department objectives
  • Document reports on team member's performance as well as review the performance on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline from a recognised institution
  • At least 3 years of customer service with 2yrs of supervisory experience
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledgeable in Mobile technology (eg, Blackberry, iPhone and other Smart phones)
  • Familiar with voice-logging systems and tools
  • Experience in team management will be advantageous
