	Responsibilities: Lead the Broadband Service Delivery and Assurance team to achieve optimal quality of service to both Consumer and SME customers Review and formulate operational policies and best work practices for process improvement Responsible for the installation and maintenance of the Broadband, mio Voice, mio TV, wireless@sg and fibre services Manage the key functions within the department to achieve service excellence Manage difficult customers and investigate customers’ long-standing or complex problems Review and improve the service co-ordination processes with other departments Train and motivate the staff to his fullest potential and provides challenging opportunities for staff development Generate statistical reports of service performance and formulate effective & efficiency work processes Manage and conduct meeting with contractors for root cause analysis and formulate improvement action plan Forecast annual budget, track and control expenditures to be within the allocated budget Requirements: A good degree in Computer Engineering / Telecommunications / Computer Science / Information Technology from a recognized institution Possess strong analytical skill and enjoy in dealing with technical problems Possess sound knowledge and practical experience in the following areas: Broadband Access Technology (ADSL & Fibre) Broadband Services (eg. IPTV, digital voice) Home Networking A self-starter with the ability to lead a team of technical staff to perform and improve service quality Proficient in formulating effective processes Tasks orientated, willing to work with tight timeline and be on call for 24x7 basis
