	Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee the Managing Agent in the provision of property management services Assess the performance of the Managing Agent and submit performance assessment report to Manager (Facilities) for endorsement on a monthly basis Prepare and certify the payment of Managing Agent's fees monthly Supervise and manage building operations and renovation works Vet all tender and contract documents and technical specifications prepared by Managing Agent Source for and facilitate the calling of quotations / tenders Prepare letters of award, service orders and contract documentations Assist the Manager (Facilities) with the review of fire-safety programmes, fire evacuation plan and oversee the implementation of fire-safety programme Assist the Manager to oversee the management and operation of security, including access management, enforcement of security measures and procedures and investigation of security breaches Ensure the Managing Agent conducts proper handing / taking over of tenanted premises Coordinate with the Managing Agent to enforce Tenants’ covenants stipulated in the lease agreements Monitor utilities consumption and verify utilities payments Oversee the management and operation of carpark in terms of utilization, allocation policy, season parking and carpark charges Requirements: Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Minimum five years of relevant working experience Able to work with minimal supervision Must be a good team player Has good supervisory skills Possess good customer service attributes Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
