Key Responsibilities
  • Perform maintenance of storage products at customer locations in different operating environments
  • Diagnose system malfunctions to isolate problems and develop appropriate action plans
  • Perform part replacements and hardware firmware upgrades as assigned or directed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or senior employee


In order to be successful at this role, you must have experience in most of the following:
  • 5+ Years as a Customer Engineer or related experience in being able to maintain storage products is a must
  • Ability to develop action plans for issues of limited complexity
  • EMC Professional Certification is highly desirable
  • Valid driver's license and reliable automobile to qualify for this role
  • Must have good communication skills and be able to work professional with external customers
