Job Description       

Job Description
>Technically sound in advanced routing and switching technologies e.g EIGRP/OSPF,BGP, PBR, various STP protocols, QoS, Multicasting
>Technical knowledge on LAN and WAN technologies like MPLS, VRF lit e, MPBGP
>Knowledge in Voice VOIP and Network Security will be added advantage
>Awareness of current technical trends and new technologies e.g Virtualization, Data Center practices including Application optimization/load balancing/Cloud Computing
>Thorough knowledge on industry best practices
>Must be capable to independently handle customer queries. Must be able to help customer in decision making for product evaluation, implementation best practices and achieve business objectives in cost effective way
>Understanding of network security with firewall and ips/ids devices would be an added advantage.
>Skills with end to end troubleshooting, device configuration for high end devices is a must.
>Must be CCNP/CCIP certified. CCIE certification is an added advantage Around 10 years of industry experience with 7 years of relevant experience
Roles & Responsibilities
>Required to work as part of Integrated Service Delivery a crack team of technical specialist for resolving the most critical customer problems across geography and industry verticals.
>Responsible for proposing and designing solutions to meet customer requirements and address complex business / technical problem issues at customer sites.
>Develop and sustain excellent customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling issues. >Assist service delivery teams to meet SLAs by resolving problem issues.
>Provide technical consultation to the customers and keep them updated with the current technological advancements.
>Provide technical assistance to other team members by way of assisting them in solving challenging technical problems, sharing technical knowledge and ensuring team objectives are met.
>Ability to drive people to ensure that project deliverables are met and project timelines are maintained.
>Responsible for generating Root cause analysis report and other such documents.
>Able to establish and enhance relationship with customers/clients and Principals
