Job Description

Job Scope:

To provide technical consultancy/ support/ service delivery/ project delivery to External/ Internal Customer

Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture

• Provide technical leadership in architecture which effective and efficient network technology based solutions that support clients business
• Provide network solutions and proposals to customers upon understanding the customers IT Challenges and service requirements and budget restraints
• Effectively transpose business requirements to technology
• Continually develop capabilities in technologies by providing quarterly presentations to other Team members

Project Delivery

• Provide post-sales support and implementation for projects/ service delivery
• Capable in leading project team to achieve the project objectives
• Responsible for the various stages of system integration covering: analysis, specification, design, construction, testing and implementation
• Provide consultation and technical support on hardware and software products so as to ensure the smooth operation within area of expertise
• Responsible for the evaluation, testing, installation and customization of system
• Recommend upgrade plans. Review upgrades and fixes available from system suppliers
• Assess proposed solution or installed systems against contractual agreements
• Responsible for project documentation
• Responsible for training administrators on the new installed network

Desired Skills & Experience

• At least 8 years experience in a similar environment
• Degree and technical certification
• Minimum CCNP, CCDP, CCIE. CCNP Voice or CCNP Security is preferred
• Exposure in Project Management is preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A creative thinker, this person demonstrates initiative and is willing to go the ‘extra mile’
• Track record of being a team player
