A). Presales Consultant or Engineer - Software
Our client is an IT based Multinational company. They are looking for the below candidate in their Singapore office:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing presales support to the customers in the region.
Responsible for Product Demonstration, presentation, writing proposals, responding to RFP/RFI/RFQs.
Experience in end-to-end management of all technical aspects of an account through the entire presales phase of an opportunity and into the posts-sales stage including delivery of solution and constant customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications or related field of study (BA/BS or equivalent).
Have min of 6 years of relevant IT software or hardware industry experience in the Consulting, Corporate Software Solutions or Enterprise Integration industry.
Prior Pre-sales / Project Management experience will be a definite plus.
Project Management and Planning skills and experience, including interfacing with internal and external groups and companies to manage different aspects of an overall solutions delivery project (PMP Preferred).
Annual Remuneration: SGD 100K- 160K.
B). Presales Consultant / Post sales Technical Engineer- CAD solutions
Our client providing software solutions, design solutions for the engineering and construction industry.
Responsibilities:
To provide a range of pre and post sales consultancy and training services.
Providing product demonstrations, presentations and creating, specification documents for customising application software to meet specific requirements.
Creating and updating product databases, product defaults and specifications. Contributing to the continued enhancement of the product based on personal and client feedback.
Technically liaising with suppliers and manufacturers and creating specification documentation according to developments required to create libraries of the components and sections they provide. Thereafter interpreting and converting these specifications, following industry standards and best practices into useable product macros and libraries.
Providing support, training, consultancy, configuration and customisation to clients and prospective clients. Providing ongoing product support and promotion in conjunction with the sales and technical teams. This will include conducting online webinars and other similar activities as required.
Supporting customers and staff with technical queries face to face, by telephone, online and via email.
Participation in Company projects as and when required.
Any other ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
Degree holder in the relevant Civil, Construction, Structural Engineering discipline or equivalent with min 7 years of working experience.
Experience within any technical industry, ideally Architecture, Construction or Structural Engineering.
Experience of Tekla Structure, Bentley, Autodesk products supported by AutoCAD, or any other engineering software for structural building construction.
C). Telesales Executive or Sales Manager- Singapore or KL, Malaysia
We represent our client, a Nasdaq listed Multinational vendor, it’s networking internet security products has been used by customers in the various industry to protect their networks from viruses, improve network performance and optimize security. They are looking for a Telesales Executive/ Sales Manager to be based in their Singapore or KL, Malaysia office:
Responsibilities:
Responsible for inside sales, selling and qualifying business in medium to large accounts, prospecting, hunting & cold-calling into a defined set target prospect accounts- existing customers and targeted accounts
Contact prospects and partners through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.
To qualify leads, identify decision makers, determine customer needs, develop end-user opportunities and working closely with Channel Partners.
Collaborate with marketing, support, sales management, product management and account management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and offerings.
Responsible for managing a large flow of leads from major accounts, smaller accounts, resellers, and system integrators.
Requirements:
A Diploma or Degree holder in Business Admin, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent with min 5 years of working experience in BD, inside sales or sales support role.
Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective and existing customers.
An understanding of telecommunications, networking and IP technology solutions.
Excellent communication skills are.
Superior knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, SFA tools, and MS Office tools, experience using salesforce.com is a plus.
Annual Remuneration: SGD60K- 100K / RM 90K-160K per year.
