Senior Network Lead (12 months contract) (Singapore) Responsibilities:  Provide leadership and work guidance to a team of 9 network engineers in both operations and project functions in order to support client’s network operations  Ensure compliance to policies, processes and standards, both internal and clients’ organization  Provide Level 2/3 network operations support for regional network  Perform changes to the network in-line with the organization’s Change Management processes  Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, including findings with analysis  Develop plans to resolve problems of great significance and advise management on appropriate course of actions  Conduct regular operations review meetings, including operational issues, tickets review etc  Develop and participate in projects/activities to support improvement initiatives  Build and deploy measurement models on operational performances and metrics Requirements: AT least a Degree in IT or Computer engineering with minimum 7 years providing network operational and administration supporting Cisco and/or F5 products and at least 3 years in a Team Lead role or equivalent CISCO certification or experience working with F5 Load Balancer and Riverbed products is preferred.
