Job Responsibilities
- Design reliable solutions to meet the needs of the business clients
- Responsible to develop high quality submissions to customers
- Provide documentation and updates of the solutions designed for customers
- To work closely with the Sales and Support team to support the customers' ongoing services and implementation
- Develop solution offering with partner and other business unit
- Perform proof of concept lab to demonstrate solution and feature to customer
Requirement
- Diploma/Degree in any IT/Engineering/Telco related discipline
- Min. 5 years of experience in a Networking/Technical Position
- In depth knowledge for one or more for the below domain;
- Routing and switching
- Network Security
- TDM Voice Technology
- Data Centre Technology
- Wireless
- IP Telephony
- Contact Centre
- System
- Storage
- Virtualization
- Product knowledge for;
- Cisco
- Juniper
- Avaya
- Aruba
- Netapp / EMC
- VMware / Critix
- Candidates with experience in a presales background would be preferred
- Vendor certification would be preferred (Cisco, VMWare, Juniper and Avaya)
- Experience in designing of large complex project for;
- Telephony
- ContactCenter
- LAN
- WAN
- DataCenter
- System & Storage
- Virtualization
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and business writing skills
