	Responsibilities: Analyses business requirements and propose solutions to support SingTel core business group users Team work with a team of application developers (including ChengDu off shore) to provide optimal software application systems and support services to the internal customers Team work with other support teams and users to develop and implement solution Set target and priority for software application development projects Explore new technologies and develop optimal, cost effective software application systems Carry out SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) activities covering system requirements gathering, documentation, technical evaluation, manage unit and system integration testing, conversion, data migration and user acceptance tests for successful systems implementation Possess knowledge and skills in application programming languages, relational database management systems and web applications systems Requirements: Candidate should have a good Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology with 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience Must have strong analytical ability, fluent in spoken and written English and able to speak Mandarin to converse with ChengDu developers Proficient in .NET web design/internet programming, MS SQL, Oracle PL/SQL. Others MS Access, Solaris, Shell Script, JAVA &  Excel Application Development will be an added advantage Familiar with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Familiar with Object-Oriented Design & Development Methodology & Programming Languages. Preferably strong technical knowledge on user interface application development Experience in administering MS Windows NT Server, Windows 7 and XP. UNIX (SUN SOLARIS) is added advantage A good team player with strong analytical and communications skills, ability to work independently
