Very good knowledge on Cisco IP Contact Center * Cisco ICM Hosted/Enterprise 9 ICM configuration (NIC,PG, PIM, Services, Skill Group, Agent etc) * Cisco Unified Call Manager * Cisco CVP * Cisco Voice Gateway/Gatekeeper * Should posses Computer skills with some basic experience on Microsoft office, LAN/WAN as well. ? Hands-on experience on Cisco and associated adjuncts- Voice Mail, CTI, CRM & IVR Integration. ? Hands-on experience on Voice logging and call quality evaluation systems like Nice/ Witness / Verint ? Hands-on experience on Contact centre MIS tools like Cisco Web view & Workforce Management tool. ? Track team work to due dates ? Good knowledge of LAN, Server & WAN technologies Desirable: ? Participate in the resolution of issues and managing client expectations ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). ?
