Responsibilities:
Fulfills a wide array of duties include ensuring the commercial team contributes effectively to the Division’s Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Help co-ordinates the AOP process in building up the budget for the Group and the management of stakeholders’ on the operating and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) budget during the financial year.

Delivers accurate and strategic assessments of the department(s) Operating Expenditures (OPEX) and CAPEX and supports all commercial projects within Consumer Operations.
  • Lead the financial planning team in supporting Consumer Operations
  • Assist in the planning, development and management of the Consumer Operations AOP
  • Assist in the planning and management of the CAPEX and OPEX
  • Lead the production and tracking of all variance reports, transaction reports and budget reports for both OPEX & CAPEX
  • Produce ad-hoc financial reports and performance analysis for Consumer Operations Group and key stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage commission of CAPEX for Consumer Operations
  • Manage asset management tasks including fixed asset sighting, asset condemnation, transfer and disposal of asset
  • Manage space planning and related project within Consumer Operations
  • Design and create costing models to justify business case to support new businesses
  • Manage projects and deliver results in business improvement initiatives/process developments
Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree from a recognized institute
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and 2 years in a management role
  • Strong commercial acumen and possesses high degree of financial competence including the ability to review complex business case models as required
  • Positive attitude and a high level of initiative
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong written & oral communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in supporting contact centres and/or building/property management will have an added advantage
