System Engineer, Telecommunications, Singapore   Roles and Responsibilities Support IT infrastructure located in Data Centre Manage vendors to maintain various applications, hardware and security devices Manage provider of Internet, WAN and Cloud services Single point of contact for all technical queries from end users Lead the technician to support in-house users request To perform periodic maintenance on infrastructure systems to ensure smooth running of service To proactively suggest points for improvement in IT infrastructure and systems, put up proposal to management or HQ for evaluation and execution In order to be successful at this role, you must have experience in most of the following: 6+ years of experience as a System Engineer Good knowledge of servers, network, IT security, desktop and ICT operations to effectively manage vendors Experience in end-user support at enterprise level In depth knowledge of Microsoft and Cisco Technologies is desired Ability to work as a technical lead and as a participant in a team environment Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Japanese Call Sagar now at 65909156.
