Job Description

Our Client, one of the Big 4 Consulting Firms, is looking for Assistant Manager / Manager level individuals for their Advisory Service Area. As the team is rapidly expanding, our client is looking for potential leaders who would be able to assist in the growth and development of the practice as a whole and who are able to make a quick career progression. 

This role is part of the Information Protection and Business Resilience (IPBR) team that are focused on managing the confidentiality, integrity and availability risks within our clients. 

Responsibilities 

• Lead information security engagements across the full set of capabilities including Strategy, Policy and Architecture, Information Privacy and Governance, Certification and Compliance, Business and Technology Resilience, Security Testing and Security Metrics.
• Manage the execution of technical vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities.
• Develop marketing and training materials for developing staff internally and communicating capabilities to clients.
• Take accountability for service line development and improvement of current methodologies to meet changing client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients, and develop/improve your network of business contacts.
• Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
• Recognize performance improvement opportunities for clients.

 Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field.
• CISSP and/or CISM certification preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in information security ideally within a professional service environment or internal consultancy function.
• Minimum of one year of applicable work experience leading and managing people in a professional services environment.
• Strong knowledge base in operations, enterprise networking, systems evaluation and architecture.
• Experience in performing information privacy review and knowledge in the relevant privacy ordinance.
• Hands-on experience in conducting network scanning and penetration testing on external and internal networks.
• Track record of leadership, client management and project management.
