Design Mechanical Manager in Singapore local listed company. Salary SGD 5000-6500. It is a very junior manager role as he/she also need to do hands on design individually.

Manage and lead a team to conceptualize, design and develop semiconductor equipments
Responsible for machine improvement to enhance the current equipments
Responsible to provide engineering support for the equipment at customers' site
Coordinate projects with production departments to meet the customers' requirements
Requirements:
Master/Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years proven mechanical engineering experience
Must have minimum 2 years’ of management experience
Strong foundation in design methodology, FEA, design best practices
Knowledge of Solid Edge or other 3D CAD software
A high initiative/enthusiastic individual, as well as a team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Able to excel in a challenging and demanding environment
Must be able to travel overseas
