EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Expert knowledge of SUN Solaris.
Should have good knowledge of Solaris 8,9,10 versions, Solaris Zones, LDOM, ILOM, Veritas clusters, VERITAS Volume manager, Sun clusters, DR clusters build. SVM.
Sun Solaris Certification preferred
Good analytical skills
Good communication skill
Should be flexile for working in the 24 X 7 environment. 4-10 Yrs TechM, Noida and Pune

HP UNIX Administration L2 and L3 RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Focus
Provide a professional, prompt and high level of technical support to all problems assigned.
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Understand all Tier II & III procedures and rules of conduct.
Make follow up calls to customers on outstanding issues within 24 hours - ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and confirm problem resolution on all issues.
Escalate customer inquiries to Team Manager and/or Manager as required to ensure problem resolution in a timely manner.
Escalate issues to other departments (such as NOCC, SPO, etc.), when necessary.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Required:
Expert knowledge of HP Unix.
Should have good knowledge of HP-UX, MC Service guard, N-PAR, V-Par
HP Certification preferred
Good analytical skills
Good communication skill
Should be flexile for working in the 24 X 7 environment 4-10 Yrs TechM, Noida and Pune

Tech Mahindra Employees a. Candidate should carry a hard copy of the resume at the venue. On the top right side of the resume mention the name of the employee and his / her employee number. b. Candidate should carry last month salary slip, photo identity, 3 passport size photograph and passport copy, Highest degree certificate and marksheet, all previous employers relieving letter.
c. Candidates with skills which are not advertised will be asked to submit the hard copies at the venue. Only candidates whose skills whose skills and experience match the requirements advertised will be allowed to attend the recruitment process.
d. The employee should know the person referred personally or professionally.
e. Candidates who don’t have details of the buddy mentioned on the hard copy of the resume & do not carry invitation mail from buddy will not be covered under buddy scheme
f. All candidates SHOULD have a valid passport.
