Profile: Security Operations Engineer
- Knowledge of networking and network communications technology (IP, Routers, Servers) and their associated logging functions and messages

Certifications:
- CISSP
- Cisco CCNA, CCSP
Checkpoint CCSA / CCSE

Job Responsibilities

24 X 7 Support of the Citi perimeter security infrastructure, which includes firewalls, remote access, proxy and secure file transfer technologies.
- 7am to 7pm shift. Usually two to five people per shift.
- Day to day changes to the production environments based on customer requirements.
- Problem management, from routine issues to critical failures.
- Information security analysis of customer requirements to ensure all standards, policies and guidelines are upheld.
- Plan and install new infrastructure based on customer requirements and design.
- Hardware and software upgrades, hot fixes and replacements.
- Technology improvements and engineering support
